Boston, MA — April 27, 2026 — Boylston Properties announced today that Michela DeSantis has been promoted to Vice President, Development.

Since joining the firm in 2023 as a Senior Development Manager, DeSantis has played a key role in project discovery and feasibility, advancing a range of initiatives across the company’s mixed-use portfolio, including the acquisition and repositioning of the Wellesley Lower Falls Collection and the multi-year permitting of a multifamily project at 78 Crafts Street in Newton. In her new role, she will continue to lead development initiatives while taking on expanded responsibilities in strategy, execution, and team leadership.
