At Arsenal Yards, our team along with our partners at Wilder have made a number of retail enhancements and will bring even more new offerings to the neighborhood over the next several months. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the retailers and restaurants bringing renewed energy to Watertown’s premier mixed-use destination:

NOW OPEN

  • J. Crew Factory — The brand known for its fun, classic, and colorful styles for women, men, and kids, has arrived at Arsenal Yards. Earlier this year, we invited shoppers to enjoy J. Crew Factory’s exclusive styles, all at an incredible value. They opened at 125 Arsenal Yards Blvd., across from Ulta Beauty.
  • Butterbird — Jason Santos is a well-known local chef and restaurateur who operates four other restaurants in the Greater Boston area, including Buttermilk & Bourbon at Arsenal Yards. Santos has an additional Buttermilk & Bourbon in Boston’s Back Bay, as well as Nash Bar & Stage in Boston’s Theater District and Citrus & Salt in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. Jason Santos opened Butterbird at Arsenal Yards at 112 Bond Sq. this past summer, right next to Blackbird Doughnuts. Butterbird is proving to be a delicious new breakfast and lunch shop and is slated to open this Summer at 112 Bond Sq., but don’t take our word for it — try their famous breakfast burritos, or choose from many delicious chicken sandwich variations, and more.
  • Jersey Mike’s Subs — With more than 3,000 locations open and in development, Jersey Mike’s is known for fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs on in-store freshly baked bread — and now deliciously available to our community in Watertown. In addition to signature subs, the passion for giving in Jersey Mike’s local communities is reflected in its mission statement “Giving…making a difference in someone’s life.” Jersey Mike’s is now open at 108 Bond Sq, next to Chip City.
  • Warby Parker — The beloved eyewear destination is now open at Arsenal Yards! Warby Parker offers everything from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests. They aim to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.) And, they do a good job at just that! Also, for every pair sold, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. Warby Parker is open at 113 Arsenal Yards Blvd., next to Starbucks.
  • Splash and Dash — Arsenal Yards’ first pet grooming & wellness offering with a signature membership service model and a premium approach to grooming.  Splash and Dash has a number of differentiators — a safety-first store design, spa treatments, time saving tech for owners, valet carry out, eco friendly toys and natural dog treats, among many others! They opened this Summer next to the best neighbor ever — Bond Vet! Bring your pup for a glow up, located at 539 Arsenal St.
  • Marvelous Cuts — In a relaxed, yet vibrant ambiance, Marvelous Cuts, under the stewardship of local proprietor Lex, offers the ultimate grooming experience. Lex and his team specialize in a spectrum of services ranging from intricate hair designs and timeless haircuts to skin fades and indulgent hot towel shaves, catering to the diverse needs of its clientele, including specialized services for both male and female clientele. Marvelous Cuts recently opened up at 523 Arsenal St, right under the underneath the Hampton by Hilton hotel, offering exceptional grooming services within the community.
