Alex Crimmins is the Accounting and Operations Manager for Boylston properties supporting Bill McQuillan and the company Principals and Directors. She comes to us with 8+ years of administrative, operations, and commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining the BP team, Alex spent that last 7.5 years of her career working for Cresa, a world-wide occupier-focused commercial real estate firm. Most recently, she was a global account manager for 6 portfolio clients where she consulted in portfolio management strategy, lease negotiation, market research, financial analysis, and demographic mapping analysis. In addition, Alex was one of the founding members of Cresa Boston’s Charity and Wellness committees, two of her greatest passions.
Alex received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts where she also ran hurdles and sprints for their Women’s Division I Track & Field team. She currently lives in Dorchester with her husband and their Goldendoodle Mason.
I’m married to my hubby Conor and living in Dorchester with our Goldendoodle Mason and newest addition – our daughter Riley!
I’m originally from Marblehead, about 45 minutes north of Boston, which lead to my love of all things beach-related. The best spot I’ve visited has to be the Hawaiian island of Kauai; specifically, the Nā Pali Coast & Queen’s Bath. Both were two of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in person. I LOVE snorkeling, colorful fish, and turtles. We try to go whenever we’re on vacation somewhere warm.
