Janice Quinlan joined Boylston Properties in 2022 to drive property accounting for the property management arm of the company. Janice provides high-quality accounting support to the financial and property management team members, including the preparation of financial packages for all properties in the portfolio, processing A/P approvals, preparing annual financials, maintaining general ledgers, and much more.
Prior to Boylston Properties, Janice was a property accountant for Senior Living Residences, and was an accountant for 5 years at Kensington Investments.
Janice graduated from UMASS Dartmouth with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
A book I would recommend for anyone is Rebel Queen by Michelle Moran – nothing too deep; just a good read!
For a podcast recommendation, I would have to say Small Town Dicks – the voice actress for Lisa Simpson, from The Simpsons, hosts a small-town murder/true crime podcast.
A random fact about me if that I once went on a hot air balloon ride over Connecticut and it was incredible. 10/10 would recommend!
