Katie Sullivan is the Director of Marketing at Boylston Properties, leading all corporate marketing as well as for the firm’s unique portfolio of real estate developments. Katie develops and manages the strategies that drive exciting and experiential placemaking, build community, and attract tenants and visitors to its retail, restaurant, residential, office/lab, and hotels. Katie lead the online and offline, B2C and B2B marketing strategies that launched Arsenal Yards, a 1M+ sf mixed use re-development in Watertown.
Prior to Boylston Properties, Katie was part of the founding team and head of marketing communications at HqO, a tenant experience software solution for commercial real estate, where she drove all go-to-market, branding, content, PR, social, and event strategy for the proptech startup. Katie also spent more than 10 years working in PR and marketing firms in Boston, helping technology clients of all sizes and stages of development to launch, nurture and succeed with their marketing campaigns.
Katie received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and currently resides in the East End of Watertown, a stone’s throw from Arsenal Yards.
I live in Watertown with my growing family, including my first-born fur baby. Rescued from Arkansas, she is part-Whippet, fully spoiled, and always the fastest at the dog park.
I try to stay as involved as possible with local developments in Watertown, including serving on the boards of the Charles River Regional Chamber, the Watertown Business Coalition, and the Watertown Transportation Management Association. There’s no shortage of happenings in the wonderful 4 square miles where I just so happen to work and live.
Fun fact about me? I once went skydiving out of a pink plane in Fiji.
