Kevin Ackerley is the Senior Lead Engineer at Boylston Properties where he leads a team of engineers for the property management arm of the company. Focused on excellence in facilities management and building systems operations and maintenance for life science buildings 100 Forge, 500 Forge, and 200 Arsenal Yards Blvd., Kevin leverages his extensive knowledge in the field to provide our life science tenants with a first-class experience that enables science to run smoothly.
Prior to Boylston Properties, Kevin was the lead plumbing engineer for the Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA, an impressive career spanning from 2004. Kevin started his career in plumbing in 1998, working for several mechanical contractors in the Boston area.
Kevin lives in Newton with his wife and two daughters.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, but with my children growing older and having lives of their own, that time has decreased. With the extra time I began a fitness journey and now I workout 6 times a week.
I also enjoy spending time in New Hampshire at Lake Winnipesaukee during the summer for boating, jet skiing or just sitting by the water enjoying the view. In the winter months we snowmobile and when the lake freezes, we spend days ice fishing.
