Sarah Moylan joined Boylston Properties in November 2018 to manage bookkeeping, property management, and general administrative needs for the organization. Since joining, Sarah has risen to Accounting and Finance Supervisor, to Director of Accounting, overseeing the company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, construction accounting, lender and investor reporting, and financial management across Boylston Properties’ growing portfolio of development projects and stabilized assets. She also serves as a key point of contact for the firm’s broad network of lending partners, including J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, Needham Bank, and others.
Prior to Boylston Properties, Sarah worked for six years in project & operations management roles, most recently at Grow Native Massachusetts and Green City Growers.
Sarah received her undergraduate degree in animal science from University of Vermont.
I currently serve as the treasurer (how predictable) of The Somerville Community Growing Center, where I have been on the board for two years.
The latest skill I'm trying to conquer is sailing-- I am a member at the very awesome Piers Park Sailing Center, a non-profit in East Boston, and I've sailed in the Med and the Caribbean. My dream would be to do a transatlantic sail.
A secret talent of mine is making people laugh. I graduated from comedy school at ImprovBoston in Cambridge in 2018. Those skills have served me well in an office teeming with clowns.
